 Registration for the 2023-4 school year

For the 2023-24 school year we will be using Brightwheel for registration.  Brightwheel is the platform that we have been using for attendance, communication with parents and billing.  

 To apply using Brightwheel, you will need to click the link for the 2023-24 online application request at left.  You will be able to create a brightwheel account and submit the application request form for the program(s) (before school and/or after school) and enrollment option (5-day, 3-day MWF and 2-day TTh) that you want.  Once you do that, we will share the application(s) that you request using Brightwheel.  You will be notified by Brightwheel that a form has been shared with you and be able to access it by clicking the link.  Alternatively, you can log in to your child's Brightwheel account and click the "forms and requests" tab.  All forms that we share with you will be there.

Important Dates:

May 1, 2023 Priority registration for the 2023-24 school year opens for currently enrolled children in kindergarten - grade 3, incoming kindergartners and siblings of incoming kindergartners who are not currently in BEDP.

May 14, 2023 Last day for priority registration.

May 15, 2023 Open registration begins

Note:  Anyone may request an application using the link to the left, but from May 1-May 14 only families of currently enrolled children*, incoming kindergartners and their siblings will have the application form shared with them.  All others who request an application will have it shared on May 15.  

*Families of children who are currently enrolled in BEDP have already had a re-enrollment questionnaire shared with them and do not need to request an application using this link if they have submitted the questionnaire.

The before school program has space available on all days. The after school program is full on all days.
