Winter 2018

Celebrating World Cultures : Cooking Unit

Over the next few months BEDP Cooking Classes will feature recipes from all areas of the world. Food is a great way to bring people together and the objective of this unit is to teach BEDP children about the: cultures, customs, values, and beliefs of different countries in a celebratory manner through cooking classes.  Parents are welcome to send in recipes of a food they make at home. Include a note with  the recipe  telling something about it that  relates to a tradition, a belief, or value in your family and it will be added as a cooking project during this unit.
