May 1, 2025 Priority registration for the 2025-26 school year opens for currently enrolled children in kindergarten - grade 2, incoming kindergartners and siblings of incoming kindergartners who are not currently in BEDP and will be in grades 1-3 in fall5

May 16, 2025 Last day for priority registration.

May 19, 2025 Open registration begins

Before School (Morning Care)

5-day: Monday - Friday

3-day: Monday/Wednesday/Friday

2-day: Tuesday/Thursday

After School (BEDP)

5-day: Monday - Friday

3-day: Monday/Wednesday/Friday

2-day: Tuesday

The application for the 2024-25 school year is closed.

When you submit the application request, you will be creating a Brightwheel account with BEDP which will enable us to share the applications and other forms with you. Even if you are currently using Brightwheel for your child's preschool, camp or out of school time program, you must complete the request to create an account with BEDP.

Once you receive the application(s) that you requested, complete each application and submit it online. We will receive an email from Brightwheel that your application has been submitted and will be able to review it.

general information

BEDP is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care for 150 children per day. Once the program reaches capacity, we may not admit any additional children until someone leaves the program. We keep a waiting list for all of our enrollment options. Waiting lists do not carry over from one school year to the next.

Enrollment is open to all children who will be attending the Daniel Butler school in the fall.

About the Waiting List

Some information about the waiting list

- BEDP keeps waiting lists for any of its enrollment options that fill to the daily licensed capacity You may have your child on more than one waiting list at a time.

-Waiting lists do not carry over from school year to school year. If your child was on a waiting list in a prior year, you must apply again for the current school year.
